This is by far the best skin cream I've ever used. It healed a dry patch on my knee that no other cream would help. Our local hospital uses it extensively. It is not greasy and has a wonderful scent.

I had high hopes for this product after reading the reviews, especially reviews that suggested it worked for eczema and sensitive skin. But, with only two days of using the Remedy Skin Repair Cream, my eczema flared up substantially.

At first I thought that my skin might need to adjust to the Orange, Grapefruit and Tangerine oils, as the cream did burn a little on the first day of use. The burning stopped, though; so, I was hopeful. Unfortunately, late the second day, my eczema began to return.

I don't know if it's the citrus oils or the Dimethicone, but if you are sensitive to any of these you might want try this cream on a small area, first.

I do have to say that if your skin is *not* sensitive to citrus oils or dimethicone, this would make a fantastic moisturiser. It is very rich, soaks in very quickly, is not greasy, and certainly leaves the skin feeling hydrated.

I give it only two stars as the tube, photo, and Medline website descriptions all say clearly "NON-ALLERGENIC" & "NON-SENSITIZING". Which is clearly not the case for all individuals.

As well, while the ingredient list does not include the word "fragrance", and though it may technically be "fragrance-free", it does have a very strong fragrance from the aloe, citrus and olive oils--and (for me, at least) it is rather strong and not entirely pleasant.

That was about three yrs. ago, we're still using it.
Great during the winter months.
